Core HoursBWC’s core hours of operation are Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational needs. Most positions perform work on‑site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. Flex‑time schedules allow an employee to start as early as 7:00 am or as late as 8:30 am, based on supervisor approval.
What You’ll Be DoingReceives direction from IT Manager 1 to independently install, maintain, configure, upgrade and administer hardware and/or software, network administration, Windows endpoint administration, information security, and network connectivity, AD (Active Directory), and multiple technology domains. Uses technical work knowledge to evaluate, select, adapt & modify standard procedures.
- Assisting Endpoint Engineering team to devise new approaches to problems encountered.
- Using Qualys reporting to identify and patch security vulnerabilities with SCCM/MECM, Big Fix, and Qualys Patching.
- Performing Windows endpoint administration (system updates, patching, provisioning, account management & privileges, file system organization & optimization, data archival, job scheduling, disaster recovery, system performance management, security, log management).
- Using SCCM/MECM to diagnose, analyze & resolve issues for customers across multiple technology domains.
- Using Qualys and/or SCCM daily to review and monitor enterprise security systems.
