Location:

Columbus – Hybrid.

• Lead the execution of scrum ceremonies and practices: sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and reporting & metrics such as burn‑down charts and velocity.
• Maintain a consistent flow of work through the team while monitoring the holistic view of the work.
• Drive continuous improvement and change leadership.
• Remove barriers and keep the team on track through issue management.
• Identify potential problems that can impact the team and mitigate through risk management.
• Create transparency by radiating information.

• Nice to have:
  Experience as a Scrum Master for an Enterprise Bank.
