Data Science Manager, Data Analyst
Tilt is hiring a Data Science Lead for LATAM. You will own data science across Mexico and Brazil, lead a small team while actively contributing to model building and technical direction. The role blends hands-on modelling with setting standards and strategy in a fast-growing fintech environment.
You'll partner with credit leadership, translating objectives into modelling work, impact metrics, and portfolio valuation insights. Fluency in English is required;
Spanish/Portuguese are pluses.
