Good understanding of Core HCM and HR business processes.
Experience with HCM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Ability to work directly with HR/business stakeholders and translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules:
Time and Labor
Absence Management

Experience with

.Experience supporting complex HCM environments and cross-module business processes.
