The Senior Dev Ops & Application Support Engineer will maintain, support, and enhance Cambium Assessment's operational environments, deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and assessment platforms. This role acts as a bridge between development, operations, and project teams to ensure stable system performance, smooth deployments, and effective production support.
The ideal candidate brings strong Dev Ops and operations expertise with hands‑on development experience to troubleshoot applications, automate workflows, support enhancements, and collaborate with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support & Environment Management- Support Development ,
UAT , and Production environments - Monitor application health, system performance, and dashboards
- Troubleshoot production incidents and data processing failures
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Work with project managers to resolve client‑reported issues
- Support data workflows, scheduled jobs, and operational processes
- Participate in production support and release activities
- Maintain deployment scripts and release procedures
- Manage environment configurations and application settings
- Enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities
- Support AWS-hosted environments and services
- Manage cloud resources for assessment applications
- Ensure scalability, logging, monitoring, and operational readiness
- Troubleshoot .NET applications and services
- Support enhancements and defect resolution
- Develop utilities, automation tools, and operational scripts
- Assist with code reviews and release readiness
- Support SQL/database development and troubleshooting
- 5 years supporting enterprise applications and operational environments
- Strong production support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting .NET applications

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
