Develop and evaluate workflows for data analysis applications to support bioprocess understanding, monitoring, and optimization in process development and GMP manufacturing within the biopharma industry.
Responsibilities- design, test, and document software tools;
- utilize machine learning and advanced statistical methods;
- develop data workflows for mining, pre-processing, and visualization;
- support data mining from IT systems;
- collaborate with data scientists on process monitoring and root cause analysis;
- communicate findings and document outcomes.
- enrolled in or hold a PhD or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, or (Bio)
Statistics; - strong programming skills in Python, R, etc.;
- good communication and teamwork abilities;
- problem-solving skills;
- interest in machine learning;
- familiarity with cloud platforms preferred.
