Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm EST

• Work closely with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, and business unit professionals, project managers and other areas of the organization, and Service Providers to perform and/or support operations of IAM processes
• Help drive resolution of IAM related issues, including with Cyber Ark, and reporting on Service Provider operations, as directed by the IAM Manager and/or Cyber Ark Product Owner
• Resolve IAM issues in a timely manner
• Work closely with the organization's project managers and Service Provider personnel to help track and monitor projects that meet business needs and adhere to agreed-upon service levels (e.g., budget, schedule, quality)
• Facilitate audits of processes related to IAM Security Services.
• Confirm that Security Services supporting and procedures documentation is available and kept up to date
• Maintain a solid understanding of the Service Providers security operations and service delivery capabilities and processes

• 4-5 years of experience in support Cyber Ark PVWA,/EPV
• Knowledge/Experience with Active Directory, Entra , Power Shell, RHEL from an account management standpoint
• Experience with Cyber Ark PSM, CCP, APV-AIM, and CCM - all a plus Excellent analytical abilities, including process analysis and development, problem solving and root cause analysis
