You'll be responsible for resolving issues, facilitating audits, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

The role requires expertise in generic identity management technologies and analytical skills.

• Collaborate with IT and business units to support IAM operations.
• Resolve identity and access management issues promptly.
• Track and monitor projects to ensure they meet business needs and service levels.
• Facilitate audits related to IAM Security Services.
• Maintain updated documentation for security services and procedures.

• 4-5 years of experience in supporting identity management technologies.
• Knowledge of directory services, scripting languages, and account management.
• Strong analytical skills, including process analysis and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with generic session management and credential management technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
