Hardware Engineer
Support retail store locations technology, including Point of Sale, Back Office, Network/Phone, and Wireless systems. Process request tickets through a service manager application for steady state break/fix, real estate project delivery, move-add-change, and project activities.
Utilize the Service Now Service Manager application to handle requests from internal departments related to steady state break/fix, real estate project delivery, including move-add-change requests, and project activities.
Manage the hardware lifecycle, from new order inbounding to hardware deployments, hardware receiving and testing, hardware refurbishment, and hardware retirement and disposal.
Responsibilities include building hardware systems, testing hardware, kitting hardware, and limited configurations of tablets, registers, servers, switches, and routers.

- Configure receipt printers, kit hardware, and ship to retail stores
- Participate in new hardware deployment projects for OMS/BOPIS
- Perform departmental steady state tasks
Work is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
$21 per hour as a W2 contractor.
