We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Devops Engineer to define, govern, and drive the adoption of enterprise-wide Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards across technology stacks and application environments.

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployments
• Manage and improve AWS infrastructure across ECS, EKS, and EC2 environments
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Monitor system health and performance using Grafana and supporting observability tools
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in staging and production environments
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows and system reliability
• Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Implement and maintain logging, alerting, and incident response processes
• Contribute to cost optimization and performance tuning within AWS
• Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and runbooks
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to draft, refactor, and review Terraform modules and Kubernetes/ECS manifests, improving delivery speed while maintaining quality and security standards

• 15+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, EKS, and EC2
• Experience writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools, especially Grafana
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins)
• Experience with containerization (Docker)
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Can independently handle day-to-day infrastructure and deployment tasks
• Comfortable debugging issues across application and infrastructure layers
• Takes ownership of services (e.g., a cluster, pipeline, or environment)
• Knows when to escalation complex architectural decisions
• Proactively identifies reliability, performance, and cost improvements
• Experience applying AI to Dev Ops practices, including infrastructure automation, CI/CD optimization, incident investigation, observability, and operational efficiency.
