Solutions Architect

Cascade North Inc. seeks a Solutions Architect to join our team in Columbus, OH. This full-time role offers a negotiable salary and benefits package, with the position available until November 23, 2026.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, and other IT teams, to gather and understand their requirements. You'll then translate these business needs into detailed technical specifications, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Additionally, you'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the solutions, monitoring their performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and security. Your role also includes staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure that the solutions you design are both innovative and practical.

You should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture. Proficiency in cloud technologies and programming languages is required.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions that meet our clients' needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize our offerings
• Ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of our solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architecture role, preferable in the tech industry
  
  Strong understanding of cloud computing, Dev Ops, and microservices architectures
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, or C#
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
