Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Windchill Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Windchill PLM, Meritor business processes, and CDBS applications. The candidate will support requirements gathering, functional solution design, business process alignment, user training, and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business workshops, requirement gathering, and functional process analysis.
- Prepare BRDs, FRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Support Windchill PLM implementation, Engineering Change Management, and Product Development Lifecycle processes.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Support UAT, business validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Develop training materials and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams.
- Support knowledge transfer, user adoption, and organizational readiness.
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years of Windchill PLM experience.
- Strong experience in Windchill PLM functional consulting and implementation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meritor business processes and the CDBS application landscape.
- Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, product development, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with BRDs, FRSs, fit-gap analysis, workflows, UAT, and functional documentation.
- Experience delivering Train-the-Trainer programs and role-based training.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with global teams across time zones and Agile/hybrid delivery environments.
- BRDs, FRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, fit-gap analysis, process maps, UAT support, training materials, Train-the-Trainer sessions, knowledge transfer documentation, and go-live readiness support.
