In this role, you will be providing face-to-face interpreting services at various healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients receive the support they need during critical medical interactions. This is a flexible position, offering assignments on an as-needed basis, and you will work as an independent contractor.

Requirements



Key Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between healthcare providers and patients.
• Maintain professional conduct and cultural sensitivity during all assignments.
• Follow specific client instructions while managing the flow of communication in a professional manner.

• Proven experience in medical interpretation is preferred.
• Fluency in English and the target language, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
• Excellent listening and note-taking skills for high accuracy.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
• Capable of delivering interpretations while maintaining neutrality and professionalism.
• Education in languages or interpretation is a plus.
