This position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other areas of potential risk. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with US and international legal frameworks.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
