- The ideal candidate will handle consumer Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ohio Bar admission is required.
- Experience or familiarity with consumer bankruptcy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Candidates will receive a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on case volume.
