📌 We are seeking a Legal Assistant (Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with native-level fluency in both languages. This role requires not only strong organizational skills and attention to detail, but also a genuine passion for helping immigrants and supporting their journey toward stability and opportunity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, English, Spanish, or a related field
• Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to immigrant rights and social justice
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in immigration cases
• Draft immigration forms and prepare basic legal documents under the direct supervision of an attorney
• Translate and draft legal documents in English and Spanish
• Provide interpretation for client meetings
• Assist with client communications, ensuring clarity and compassion across languages
• Maintain case files and manage scheduling
• Support attorneys in hearings, filings, and other immigration-related processes
