Litigation Attorney – Transportation & Insurance Defense
Large, regional law firm is seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney to join their Columbus office. This Litigation Attorney will focus on transportation and insurance defense litigation and be involved in all aspects of the litigation process in federal and state courts.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Manage litigation cases, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and briefs
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
- Handle client communication, case strategy, and reporting
- Conduct legal research to support case arguments and motions
- Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- Previous experience working in transportation, insurance defense, or workers’ compensation strongly preferred
