Construction Litigation Associate Attorney
A full-service, multi-office, regional law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Construction Litigation Associate for its Columbus office. This role is brand new, unposted and a high priority search for the firm. Experience can be a mix of construction and/or commercial litigation experience. The group handles complex matters for a variety of clientele.
Responsibilities- Experience in construction litigation matters, real estate litigation and/or commercial litigation, and will be eager to become more specialized in construction litigation
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact, party, and expert depositions; motion practice; and court appearances.
- Ohio bar licensure, good standing or ability to become barred
