The Nemecek Firm Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Law Clerk with exceptional research and writing abilities to support our growing legal practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on deep legal analysis, precision in written advocacy, and producing high‑quality work product in a fast‑paced environment.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research across a wide range of immigration and federal litigation matters
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other written submissions for state and federal courts
• Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and agency guidance to support litigation and case strategy
• Assist attorneys in preparing filings, exhibits, and supporting documentation
• Maintain organized research files and ensure accuracy and clarity in all written work

• JD or LLM required
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues clearly and persuasively
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high‑quality work
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in immigration, federal litigation, or appellate work is preferred but not required
