Logistics Support role at Wyld

Location: Ohio – Columbus
DescriptionAs a Logistics Support, you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and representing the Wyld brand. This front-facing role provides direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers, ensuring timely delivery of Wyld products, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining relationships at accounts, communicating account-related items to the sales team in the field, and serving as a subject matter expert on company background and product knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Job is based in Johnstown, OH
- Product delivery and payment collection
- Comply with traffic legislation and demonstrate safe driving and road safety habits
- Conduct inspections of vehicle before loading product and departing for deliveries
- Ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
- Deliver orders following detailed route instructions in state territory
- Unload goods and review deliveries with clients to ensure products meet their needs
- Accurately manage monetary transactions and transport orders
- Brand ambassador and merchandising at accounts
- Attend events, partnerships and promotional opportunities to represent and promote Wyld
- Educate customers, consumers, and bud tenders about the brand and products
- Lead budtender education at dispensaries
- Remain knowledgeable on Wyld products, pricing, and nuances
- Execute administrative responsibilities including daily CRM reporting, mileage and expense reporting, and internal logs
- Assist Sales Account Managers by providing marketplace feedback and communicating client needs
- Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics Managers and log feedback and daily tasks in the CRM
- Understand state level regulations and internal policies to ensure proper field execution
- May be assigned additional tasks as business needs change
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Active state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for marketing events (mileage reimbursement at federal rate)
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written); bilingual preferred
- Hours may vary based on business needs
- Must obtain state cannabis permits/licenses/certifications as required
- Serv Safe Food Handler’s Card preferred
- Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report
- Must be 21 years of age or older per state regulations
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Overnight travel may be required; lodging/meals covered by the company
As a non-exempt employee, you’ll receive a competitive hourly wage of $24.75/hr, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401(k), and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance. Wyld is an equal opportunity employer.
