Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to work in the Columbus, Ohio area. This position offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between Accounts Payable, Business Unit Partners, Suppliers, and Procurement. This role supports day to day procurement and supply chain operations, including purchase order processing, invoice resolution, and issue management.
This is a customer focused role that requires strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while supporting internal partners and external suppliers.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute operational procurement and supply chain transactions to support business needs, including sourcing purchase requisitions and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
Process purchase order change requests and updates
Review and process supplier acknowledgements and estimated delivery dates
Provide a high level of customer service to business unit partners and suppliers
Support category strategies developed by Strategic Procurement
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, procurement peers, and business partners to resolve issues and improve processes
Identify root causes and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers, procurement teams, and storerooms
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address purchase order, delivery, and invoice issues
Perform complex invoice resolution, escalating issues as needed
Provide phone support through the Genesys system to assist with purchasing and issue related inquiries
Contribute positively as a team member to support overall supply chain operations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field
OR
Four years of relevant supply chain, procurement, or service center experience
Experience:
Minimum of two years of customer service, supply chain, or procurement experience
Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
Proficiency with procurement or supply chain systems
Customer oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to build credibility and work effectively with internal and external partners
Working knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, policies, and tools
