Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking, and experienced General Cleaners to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, have a strong work ethic, and know what it takes to keep a commercial building looking its best, we want to hear from you!

As a General Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming workplaces for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in completing a job well done.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain assigned commercial buildings.
• Dust furniture, shelves, desks, and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or low supplies to your supervisor.
• Make sure assigned areas are clean, presentable, and ready for the next business day.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
• Able to work independently and manage cleaning responsibilities.
• Professional and respectful when working around customers and employees.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
