Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead change management assessments for strategic projects and ensure business readiness for program releases.

This role focuses on driving successful adoption of change initiatives across the Commercial Banking segment.

The Program Manager will work under minimal guidance, partnering with program managers and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure colleague and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement change management methodology for successful project delivery.
• Partner with program managers and business units to integrate change management activities into implementation plans.
• Develop business readiness deliverables, including training materials and change communications.
• Escalate change management issues promptly and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet colleague and customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management or related experience.
• 2+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong business writing ability.
• Self-starter with strong planning and execution skills.

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
• Implementing change management principles, tools, and models.
• Managing large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Leading multiple projects and supporting various business initiatives.
• Strong consulting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
