HVAC Operations Manager - Multifamily Construction
Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC Sr. Project Manager with multifamily and commercial project experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This position manages full-cycle HVAC project delivery while mentoring teams and leading project staff.
Responsibilities- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management for HVAC projects
- Manage field operations and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, and internal teams to drive project performance
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and project staff
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and budgets
- Support strategic planning and process improvements within the department
- Proven experience managing multifamily and commercial HVAC projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading project teams
- Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction management
- Ready to step into a higher-level leadership role
- Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
- Additional compensation types:
