Field Supervisor - Window Cleaning Services

Position Overview

High Access LLC / Central Window Cleaning is seeking a motivated Field Supervisor to help lead our growing team. This unique role combines leadership, training, quality control, sales, and hands-on work. Leadership & Training

• Check in daily with field technicians to provide guidance, resolve issues, and track performance.
• Host weekly team meetings to review goals, deliver training, and build team culture.
• Ensure quality control on job sites, upholding company standards.
• Mentor and coach technicians in safety, customer service, and skill development.

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct site visits and prepare estimates for new and existing clients.
• Submit competitive bids for commercial projects and local business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Hands-On Field Work

• Step in to perform window cleaning services when needed to support client demand.
• Model safe practices and uphold company quality expectations on every job.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (field services preferred).
• Strong sales ability and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal oversight.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Physically able to perform window cleaning tasks, including ladder work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
