• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large complex projects with various work streams
• Develop and execute an efficient communication strategy for all levels of management within the team
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders, both internal and external
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and create effective risk management plans

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager
• Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment, leading external customer-facing projects
• Proven experience with risk management and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to leadership
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management software

• PMP certification is desired
• Knowledge of financial processes and ability to analyze and create financial reports, preferably in Clarity
• Experience with multisite deployment (Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong team-building skills
