Purpose of Position
The MCC Shift Supervisor supervises all fleets within the MCC, monitors maintenance events, and ensures compliance with Net Jets Maintenance Policies, FAA Regulations, and local maintenance regulations. The role coordinates aircraft maintenance issues with maintenance controllers and fleet supervisors, maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies as outlined in the NJA 14 CFR 135 General Maintenance Manual for Net Jets aircraft maintenance.
Tasksand Responsibilities
- The MCC Shift Supervisor communicates with assigned maintenance controllers to stay informed of daily operations, including delays, cancellations, and significant events, and follows up on solutions for outstanding aircraft issues.
- The MCC Shift Supervisor ensures on‑duty Maintenance Duty Managers are notified of unusual circumstances and coordinates with the MCC Fleet Supervisor on new problems and the status of corrective action plans.
- The MCC Shift Supervisor performs any additional duties and responsibilities assigned to meet MCC and Net Jets Aviation (NJA) objectives.

- Four to six years of experience working in an aircraft maintenance control environment.
- Two years of leadership experience in an aircraft maintenance control environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of turbine‑powered aircraft systems.
- Personnel management experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
