• Oversee the entire project, ensuring it is constructed according to design, schedule, and budget.
• Interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Manage project schedule, cost, quality, change orders, and project closeout processes.

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in construction management.
• Experience with commercial construction.
• Public project experience is required.
• Proficiency in project coordination.

• A 4-year degree in construction management or engineering is required.
