Senior Project Manager
Our client is experiencing significant growth through acquisitions and technology modernization. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our evolving Project Management Office (PMO). This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring governance excellence, and delivering complex projects that support our expansion and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects related to acquisitions, integrations, and technology implementations.
- Partner with PMO leadership to establish and refine project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across business units and executive leadership.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO maturity and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving M&A integration and technology deployments.
- Strong understanding of project governance best practices and ability to implement frameworks in a changing environment.
- PMP certification preferred;
Agile experience a plus. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $50.00 – $60.00/hr.
