ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our depot location. This role requires hands‑on leadership and operational expertise in intermodal, port, depot, logistics, or supply chain environments. You’ll oversee a dedicated team with a strong focus on safety

- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, taking corrective action as needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships and meet service commitments
- Manage procurement and inventory of depot equipment and supplies
- Partner with regional leadership to set and achieve production, safety, compliance, and financial goals
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and direction to staff
- Identify local business opportunities and cultivate strategic relationships
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of successful management experience in a relevant industry
- Strong knowledge of intermodal equipment operations and maintenance (e.g., chassis, trailers)
- Financial acumen, including expense control, revenue tracking, and inventory management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office suite
- Strong work ethic and leadership presence
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
