You are an experienced Community Manager with at least one (1) year of property management experience and a passion for customer service.
Qualifications:
- Property management experience is required.
- Affordable housing experience with LIHTC is required.
- Minimum one year of property management experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Deliver the highest level of operations, customer service, physical conditions and financial results.
- Develop innovative solutions and best practices.
- Cultivate a positive living experience for residents.
- Perform and/or oversee resident management, lease management, asset management, operational and financial management and administration.
