Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Columbus, OH

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of our warehouse team, ensuring efficient ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping of materials. Your leadership will help us maintain a well-organized and productive environment.

• Monday - Friday
• 2:00 AM until finished
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed

• Lead the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of warehouse operations.
• Implement and execute policies and procedures for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage team schedules within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations set by OSHA and FDA.
• Oversee the maintenance and inspection of all warehouse equipment.

• Competitive salary: $55,700 - $78,000 per year

• Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution operations
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• 2 years of experience analyzing data and identifying process improvement opportunities
