Summary
Kierstead Search Group, a premier nationwide executive search firm, has partnered with a prominent Columbus-based General Contractor looking for a strong Senior Project Manager. This is a stable company who has been in business for over 60+ years and offers very large and challenging projects. We are looking for a strong manager who has the bandwidth to lead a team to eventually become a Project Director.
Qualifications- Experience leading large commercial builds from the ground up (projects range from $40 million - $160 million in size)
- Experience working on projects in the public works sector, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing/distribution, or data centers
- Experience with CMR projects
- Company has been in business for over 60+ years so very stable offering very large and challenging projects
- Very collaborative environment vs divide and conquer
- Exploding with growth and a direct path to become a Project Director in the near future
