Leads various project teams in design, delivery, and consultative services for the enterprise banking clients. Leverages knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct team members, resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations.

Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions. Coordinates workshops and roadmap planning sessions. Manages the project budget and provides weekly cost and revenue forecasts.
