Job DescriptionRelocation Management Company & Strategic Business Development, is accountable for driving growth, retention, and operational excellence across our Relocation Management Company(RMC) business.
As a Director in Relocation Management Company & Strategic Business Development, you will own the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle for relocation management partners, blending strategic sales leadership with hands-on client account management. The role is responsible for delivering on P&L targets, deepening Fortune 1000 and relocation management company relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of home lending solutions for relocating employees. The Director will lead a national, matrixed team, manage complex contract negotiations, and serve as the primary voice of the client within Chase Home Lending and report directly to the Divisional Director of Consumer Direct.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute a multiyear roadmap to grow the RMC segment, aligned with Chase Home Lending’s mission to enable sustainable home ownership and deepen client relationships.
