Run the Business. Lead the Team. Make It Your Own.
We are recruiting for a highly successful, privately held company seeking a smart, driven and entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of its Cincinnati parking operations.
This is much more than a traditional management position. It's an opportunity to essentially run a business within a business
, with significant autonomy to make decisions, lead people, manage financial performance and continuously improve an already successful operation.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being in charge, thinks like a business owner and wants the opportunity to make a real impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Run the Business: Take responsibility for the overall performance of the operation, including financial results, budgeting, reporting, vendor relationships and operational efficiencies.
- Lead the Team: Manage, coach and develop approximately 10 employees while building a culture of accountability, teamwork and exceptional service.
- Own the Customer
Experience:
Ensure facilities are operating at the highest standards, including competitive pricing, functioning equipment and technology, property appearance and customer satisfaction. - Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve profitability, streamline processes and make the business run better.
- Support Future Growth: Stay connected to the local commercial real estate market and recognize opportunities to expand the company's portfolio.
We're interested in an up-and-coming business leader who has demonstrated the ability to manage people, solve problems and get results.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of progressive management or business operations experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold people accountable
- Solid business and financial acumen, including an understanding of revenue, expenses and profitability
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to make decisions and take initiative
- A hands-on approach and willingness to stay close to the day-to-day operation
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to commercial real estate, property management, hospitality or service operations is a plus
- College degree is not required but desired. Business sense, leadership ability and a strong work ethic are far more important.
You'll join an established, financially successful company with an outstanding reputation, exceptional customer service standards and a genuine commitment to treating its employees fairly.
Most importantly, you'll have something many management positions don't offer:
The freedom and responsibility to run an operation like it's your own.
If you're an ambitious leader who wants more autonomy, greater responsibility and the opportunity to put your stamp on a successful business,
we'd like to talk with you.
