Dermatology Area Business Manager - Cleveland, OH

For our client, we are seeking a Dermatology Area Business Manager - Cleveland, OH to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee a district sales organization and drive execution across a team of field representatives in the dermatology market. The position is responsible for translating strategy into action through planning, coaching, and performance management. It will also require building trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders while partnering cross-functionally to support business growth.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $139,000 – $280,400 annually

• Supervise district operations and manage a team of 6-10 representatives
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and budgets
• Monitor performance and work to maximize business potential
• Analyze market trends proactively to inform action plans
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Coach representatives on cross-functional collaboration and digital tools
• Ensure compliance and uphold district standards

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales
• Experience with key thought leaders in large practices or managed care organizations preferred
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and coach others effectively
