Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations of a distribution center, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods from receiving to shipping. The manager will also be accountable for developing and motivating a high-performing team, fostering a safe and productive work environment. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of operational metrics, budget adherence, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily warehouse activities to guarantee prompt and precise receiving and shipping.
• Lead, train, and develop supervisory staff to achieve operational targets and resolve issues.
• Manage outbound logistics, including driver scheduling and compliance with company regulations.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and employee development programs.
• Control operational expenditures and contribute to annual budget planning.

• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office Suite.
• This position requires experience in the pharmaceutical or veterinary distribution industry, with a preference for candidates familiar with related regulatory requirements.
