Pay range: $26.00+ per hour, based on experience

Qualifications:
  • 2 years industrial maintenance experience, or related certifications; preferred
  • Strong commitment to practicing safe behaviors
  • Demonstrates a positive, team-based attitude
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and creative problem solving skills
  • Mindset for attention to detail and ability to work independently
Essential Responsibilities:

You will be trained to work with cutting edge technology that supports the manufacturing of fascinating products used in automotive, retail, pharmaceutical, electronic, agrochemical, and energy commercial applications. Each day presents unique challenges as we focus on improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and expanding our operations. The successful candidate will be motivated to learn and takes initiative to help us continuously improve.

Daily Activities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance
  • Trouble shoot and facilitate fixes of manufacturing equipment such as motors, pumps, hydraulics, dryers, compressors, process lines, and boilers
  • Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation
  • Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building
  • Utilize our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to update work orders with key metrics such as task time, parts used, and diagnostic findings.
  • Most importantly----help to create a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
