Packaging Technician

• Accurately label, weigh, and package cannabis products while paying close attention to detail for quality.
• Package products in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Complete paperwork duties with consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Able to work independently as well as operate as a team.
• Perform other functions as necessary to provide an adequate supply of product to meet patient/customer demand.
• Effectively communicate with management and team members.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in labeling, packaging, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately required.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance required.

• Frequently sitting.
• Occasionally twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, or kneeling.
• Ability to communicate orally with management and co-workers; sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges are essential.
• Some heavy lifting may be required, exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally.
• Good manual dexterity for packaging tasks.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures for extended periods, with exposure to dust, allergens, and water. Appropriate PPE will be provided. Activities include extended sitting, standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, and twisting in tight areas.
