• $24 to $28/hr. based on experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing setting
• Performance Based Raises and Bonuses after 1st 90 days

  Skills:
  
  Prior Printing experience in Off-Set or Flexographic printing preferred; good attendance, computer proficiency, attention to detail, basic math and measuring skills

Set-up and run production jobs on flexographic printing press.

Ensure all materials needed for production are at the press before the "Make Ready" begins. Clean printing decks, wash previous jobs, remove and install print cylinders, set and maintain ink levels and viscosity, set print decks for proper impression and registration, check all aspects of production before supervisor approval, and handle waste disposal according to safety regulations.

Ability to follow directions, keep a neat work area, perform tasks timely, and lift/move up to 75 lbs. Physical requirements include vision and focus capabilities. Work environment includes moving equipment, chemicals, fumes, and noise. Safety equipment such as eye protection, safety shoes, hairnets, and earplugs are required.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Expect to encounter forklifts, mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and noise levels.
