Based in Columbus, OH, these ongoing projects require a physical presence at various commercial and industrial sites.

• Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary.
• Mix and match paints and finishes to desired color and texture.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces utilizing brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices including the handling of hazardous materials.
• Coordinate with other team members on large projects to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Examine and maintain painted exterior and interior painted surfaces, trimming and fixtures.
• Prepare and clean up daily work areas on job sites as required.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and supervisors effectively and professionally.
• Follow through with customer satisfaction procedures and quality control measures.
• Regularly attend team meetings to enhance collaboration and optimize work processes.

• 1+ years of experience as a commercial or industrial painter.
• Proven knowledge of commercial and industrial painting techniques.
• Excellent understanding of painting materials and how to select, mix, and apply them.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and equipment necessary for painting projects.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to access various job sites in the Columbus, OH area.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in painting is preferred.
