This role qualifies for a $500 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by Nov. 14, 2025. The bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

The Machine Operator supports business needs within our manufacturing department. Team members can cross‑train in different areas, including parts assembly, machine operation, hand/power tools, and quality checks.

Location:

2775 Westbelt Dr, Columbus, OH 43228.

Shifts:

7 am‑3 pm, 3 pm‑11 pm, 11 pm‑7 am. Some positions require weekend availability.

Starting pay: $22.00–$24.20 per hour (incl. shift differential). After 1 year: $24.00–$26.40 per hour.

• 1st shift: 7 am – 3 pm
• 2nd shift: 3 pm – 11 pm
• 3rd shift: 11 pm – 7 am

Rogue Fitness is a drug‑free workplace. A 10‑panel drug screen (including marijuana) and pre‑employment background check are required.

• Produce parts with hand tools or machines to exact specifications.
• Measure and cut materials to exact specification.
• Load and unload materials, including overhead and from ground level.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Perform quality checks.

• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet.
• Safe operation of all powered equipment.
• Ability to remain standing for 7+ hours a day.
• Strong attention to detail and alertness to quality issues.
