Production Mechanic Wanted:

• Perform preventive maintenance, clean, lubricate, and service equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose and repair unexpected breakdowns quickly to keep production on track.
• Maintain shop areas, inventory parts, and keep tools and supplies ready for action.
• Collaborate with production planners, MRO managers, and technical experts to schedule maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and modify machinery for new products.
• Run test cycles, refine equipment, and work with product managers to perfect performance.
• Operate machinery when needed and help train others.
• Record maintenance, repairs, and part replacements with clear, concise reports.
• Take on additional tasks to support the mission of unstoppable production.

• Mechanical Mojo: a natural with machines and sharp problem‑solving skills.

• 1–2 years of hands‑on mechanical work.
• Vocational or community college coursework in a related field is a bonus; equivalent experience is acceptable.

• Ready to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Comfortable bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling to service machinery.
• Keen eyesight to inspect equipment.
• Strong enough to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
