We are looking for a collaborative team player dedicated to bringing each client’s vision to life.

• Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, trimmers, and other finishing machinery)
• Read and interpret job tickets to meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

• Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role in the print industry (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
