Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient packaging of products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of CGMP and FDA regulations, as well as mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain packaging equipment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
- Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
- Follow all FDA regulations and company policies related to product handling and packaging processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials as needed within the facility.
- Pharmacy Technician License required;
Pharmacy Technician Trainee experience preferred. - Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using hand tools and operating machinery related to packaging processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
