Machine Operator - Manufacturing

About PPC Flex

We are a Flexographic printing company located in the Hilliard, Ohio area for over 47 years. We are seeking experienced machine operators for 2nd shift.

This full‑time position runs 2:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidates need a minimum of two years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Base pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Performance‑based raises and bonus eligibility after the first 90 days. Full benefits are offered after 45 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.

• Operate flexible packaging manufacturing machines such as laminators and slitters.
• Lift and handle items up to 75 pounds.
• Maintain physical dexterity to bend, stand, flex, and reach as required.
• Operate in a manufacturing environment while ensuring product quality in a fast‑paced setting.
• Follow all machine safety guidelines, company policies, and job instructions.
• Work overtime as needed.

• Several years (2+) of machine operating experience in manufacturing or industry.
• Willingness to learn and complete our training program successfully.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and understanding of technology.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective team player.

• Operate various flexible packaging manufacturing machines (laminator, slitter).
• Lift and handle items up to 75 pounds.

• Work in a manufacturing environment.
