Cabinet Fabricator

We’re looking for a full-time Cabinet Fabricator to join our team in West Columbus. As a key member of our fabrication team, you’ll work closely with our lead fabricator to cut, assemble, and finish custom cabinet parts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, hands-on carpentry skills, and the ability to handle physical work.

• Fabricate Parts: Use a table saw and panel saw to accurately cut various materials like MDF, melamine, and plywood, following shop drawings precisely.

• Handle Materials: Regularly lift and move heavy panels, up to 100 pounds.

• Organize and Track: Mark and organize all parts to keep projects on track. You’ll also track material usage per job and submit a completed list at the end.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished cabinets to ensure they meet our quality and accuracy standards.

• Communicate: Work effectively with the team, communicating plans and any changes from the sales team to other fabricators.

• Work Overtime: Be available to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.

• Experience: Some carpentry experience and a solid understanding of how to safely operate a table saw.

• Physical Ability: The physical strength and stamina to lift and maneuver heavy materials.

• Skills: A strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively to keep projects on schedule.

• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in project plans.
