Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer 2 – Downtown Columbus, Ohio

The Infrastructure Engineer 2 is responsible for administering and supporting the organization’s network, storage, and telecommunications infrastructure and related services. Reporting to the Lead
- Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist with all tasks within the Network Storage and Architecture department including installing and configuring network and storage management software, performing ongoing tuning and upgrades, and providing advanced technical assistance for escalated issues.

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience
• Knowledge of networking protocols and storage Technologies
• Fluency in telecommunications terminology
• Experience with VOIP preferred
• The ability to take initiative and be self‑directed in your work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Industry recognized certification (CCNA, JNCI‑Junos, Network+) preferred
• Be able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
