Responsibilities- Execute high-quality MIG and TIG welds on diverse materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
- Interpret complex technical blueprints to guide the precise fabrication and assembly of custom components.
- Ensure structural integrity and aesthetic consistency by performing thorough quality inspections on all finished welds.
- Optimize production workflows by accurately measuring, fitting, and preparing parts for final assembly.
- Maintain operational efficiency by performing necessary equipment repairs and utilizing material handling tools like overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Contribute to project success by providing technical insights on fabrication feasibility and process improvements.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a welding or fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Demonstrated ability to weld aluminum, stainless steel, and steel to high standards.
- Strong commitment to precision, quality control, and workplace safety protocols.
- Experience with robotic welding systems or automated welding processes.
- Background in programming or operating industrial robotic equipment.
- Certification or documented experience in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- A proactive mindset toward adopting new manufacturing technologies and automation tools.
